Want to know where your order is? Here's how to track it.

Check your email

As soon as your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. That's the quickest way to check status.

Can't find the email?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, email us at spaceoficial17@gmail.com with the name and email address used at checkout, and we'll look up your order and resend the tracking details.

Tracking shows no movement

Tracking updates can take a few days to appear after your order ships, especially for international deliveries. If there's been no update for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
