Return Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from us. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-day window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

Condition

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a full refund.

How to start a return

Email spaceoficial17@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Return shipping

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund. If you're returning an item simply because you changed your mind, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, some personal care items may not be eligible for return once opened. Any such exceptions are noted on the individual product page.
